One
Mould for Earth stove's in one village
- a UN solution
This is a "none-design" - it is the shape of a hole in a
user designed stove - a whole village can use the same mould for years,
save 2/3 of the firewood at almost no cost.
There may be two billion people rely on firewood for cooking.
Three stone fireplace - loose 80% of the energy.
Keeping the fire is central for a typical low-income family.
However, the poor have no money for a proper cooker.
One mould could be owned by a village of up to 1000 people - and may
add to a community spirit as well.
This design have been given to UN for free. |
